How many times have you experienced this situation: You get out of a team meeting where a lot of things were discussed but everyone is confused as to what was agreed upon. Next thing you know you’re wasting valuable time going back and forth in emails for clarifications and discussions.
Now imagine if in that same meeting everyone was sharing their ideas visually and discussing them on the whiteboard. Visual communication helps us clarify our thinking and improve our communication.
Developers can harness the power of sketching in their development process to improve their ideas, iterate to uncover possible issues, and communicate their ideas with fellow developers, clients, and stakeholders.
To help developers harness the power of sketching I will be presenting a series of webinars. The goal of this webinar is to empower developers to add sketching to their toolbelt so they can improve their development workflow, process, team communication, and deliver great results.
Have questions about sketching? Submit them here and I will answer them during the webinar.
Have a wonderful day and hope to see you soon!
Inferiority Complex is always lurking around to tell us we're not good no matter what we achieve. We have this general feeling that we are inferior to others but we know we do great work and are great people. Don't listen to this demon. Appreciate your accomplishments because you are amazing.
It has begun. Here is my first entry for the my Inktober 30-day drawing challenge . My demons are coming. I’m excited to see which ones show up.
From the starting point we generate multiple ideas to see opportunities. The design process then continues by reducing the viable options through decision making. This process helps identify new and viable opportunities to pursue.
